ResponsibilitiesDue to continued growth, TRC Field Services (FSV) is seeking additional Utility Inspectors Class I to support our California (CA) Teams. With a staff of over 200, FSV delivers comprehensive, cost‑effective Construction Inspection Service solutions to our Utility Customers while providing the best training programs and mentors in this industry and numerous opportunities for growth with excellent benefits.
Position Duties:
- Inspect structures as related to gas line construction/testing and ensure customer specifications are met.
- Coordinate and inspect contractors work for job quality to determine structural soundness and compliance with specifications, building codes and other regulations.
- Inspections may be general in nature or may be limited to a specific area, such as Gas Pipe systems, Trenching and/or Shoring. All applicants who have three or more years' experience in the industry and has completed NACE certified course training.
Experience and certifications and Operator Qualifications (OQ) dictate the varying level of placement, but we are seeking a level of inspector meeting stated minimum requirements, OQ evaluation and documentation of certifications. Position requires independence, professionalism, communication skills and the ability to work objectively in a construction team environment.
Qualifications- Three or more years' experience in the industry
