• Caring for the personal needs, safety, and comfort of residents.
• Assisting residents with activities of daily living, including wardrobe, personal hygiene, and mobility.
• Supporting daily tasks such as housekeeping, use of telephone, laundry, transportation, and mail delivery.
• Observing and reporting changes in residents' condition and status.
• Conducting rounds to monitor for hazards or incidents.
• Assisting in dining by escorting residents, serving meals, and cleaning up.
• Performing other duties as assigned.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, and associates in English.
• CNA certification is a plus, but not required.
