Effectively and efficiently build websites (primarily in Word Press) and applications based on client needs and goals that were fleshed out during our web discovery and research process. Use your development skills to transform static mockups and/or prototypes into working and functioning applications to meet client requirements using tools like Word Press, HTML, & Development Frameworks. Work with a Web & Design Team Lead, Project Manager, Designers, and Content Team to ensure that the final project meets or exceeds client expectations.

Tytanium Ideas is seeking a creative, strategic, and future-thinking developer. You will work as a Senior Word Press Developer primarily, and as part of the web team, will be developing for smaller projects as well as assist on larger projects. You should be eager to learn about our clients and help them knock tackle their goals. You may also be asked to learn and web design skills including basic design principles and knowledge of tools like Sketch and Adobe Creative Cloud Applications.

  You need to be able to work with your Senior Developer and Design Team to come up with creative and innovative solutions that will help the client grow their business. You should be a creative, data-driven thinker and problem-solver.

  You’ll be tackling new clients, new projects both large and small, and other exciting challenges that come with a growing business and industry. You should be excited to tackle new challenges and be a quick study.
• Achiever:
  You will face many challenges and trials. Will you sink or swim? You must be able to “adapt and overcome”, have a positive “can-do” attitude, and a desire to win for our clients. Basically, be resilient.
• Relationship & People Developer:
  You will be working and interacting with people. You might need to actually like them. If you don’t, how will you do what’s best for them? You’ll be with clients to help them achieve their goals and grow their business through empathy understanding. Plus, you’ll take our company culture further by helping to create a positive and engaging work environment.
• Creative:
  Coming up with creative and new solutions is your jam. You love them, you aren’t afraid when they show up and the achiever in you wants to make them better. You think ahead and sniff out potential problems proactively and plan for contingencies, balancing competing interests but always take a creative approach to the solution using design thinking.

• Deep familiarity with Word Press Core, Themes, and Plugin Development
• A solid foundation in HTML & CSS
• An understanding of Java script, PHP, and other languages
• Experience building websites from designs built in Sketch, Adobe XD, or other similar programs
• Clearly communicating design limitations to the design team
• Providing thoughtful and considered comments about development decisions during client and team meetings
• Love of solving problems
