• Personnel Management – Use consistent techniques and company directives to screen, hire, train, coach, and develop on-site staff. Ensure staff compliance and consistency with company policies and procedures.
• Financial Management – Achieve the highest possible net operating income through effective cost control and revenue & leasing improvement. Develop yearly operating budgets/forecasts. Monitor timely receipt and reconciliation of deposits, rent collections, and charges.
• Strategic Leasing Management – Develop yearly marketing plan and utilize marketing strategies & systems. Deal with resident complaints, concerns, and requests to ensure resident satisfaction.
• Administrative & Maintenance Management – Ensure all administrative & leasing reporting is accurate and complete. Head emergency team for the property; manage customer service and monitor service request turnaround.

• High School Diploma or equivalent;
  Bachelor’s degree preferred or four year’s experience in the housing industry; or one to two years related experience and/or training.
• Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) or Accredited Resident Manager (ARM) preferred.
• Basic computer skills required; knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

• Regular communication, repeat motions of hands or fingers, and ability to work overtime, weekends, and night hours (emergencies).
• Stationary position, standing or sitting for prolonged periods, move between work sites or work in tight and confined spaces.
• Occasional ascent/descend ladders, stairs, scaffolding, etc. and operate machinery or power tools, operate motor vehicles or golf carts.

• Reliable transportation due to emergency on-call requirement.

$25 per hour to $28 per hour
