Dog Treat Production | Part-Time, 30 Hours/Week – Campfire Treats, West Sacramento, CA
Join as part of a small, dedicated production team focusing on all-natural dog treats.
Responsibilities- Trim and cut meats, poultry and fish using a knife and/or meat slicer
- Load and unload freezers, refrigerators and dehydrators
- Pack freshly prepared dog treats into their final packaging
- Wash, rinse and sanitize equipment and utensils in a three-compartment sink
- Maintain clean, safe and sanitary conditions of kitchen, food storage and preparation areas at all times
- Perform other duties as needed and/or assigned
- Work experience in a meat department or restaurant kitchen is desired, but not mandatory
- Comfortable working on your feet and able to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to follow procedures and pay attention to detail
- Valid California food handler's certification
- Must have a source of reliable transportation
- Schedule:
Monday to Friday, between 10:00 am and 4:00 pm - Hours:
approx. 30 hours per week - Compensation: $17 to $20 per hour (W-2 employment)
