Dog Production | Part-Time

Dog Treat Production | Part-Time, 30 Hours/Week – Campfire Treats, West Sacramento, CA

Join as part of a small, dedicated production team focusing on all-natural dog treats.

• Trim and cut meats, poultry and fish using a knife and/or meat slicer
• Load and unload freezers, refrigerators and dehydrators
• Pack freshly prepared dog treats into their final packaging
• Wash, rinse and sanitize equipment and utensils in a three-compartment sink
• Maintain clean, safe and sanitary conditions of kitchen, food storage and preparation areas at all times
• Perform other duties as needed and/or assigned

• Work experience in a meat department or restaurant kitchen is desired, but not mandatory
• Comfortable working on your feet and able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to follow procedures and pay attention to detail
• Valid California food handler's certification
• Must have a source of reliable transportation

• Schedule:
  
  Monday to Friday, between 10:00 am and 4:00 pm
• Hours:
  
  approx. 30 hours per week
• Compensation: $17 to $20 per hour (W-2 employment)
• Paid Sick Leave
• 401(k)
