Professional Housing Consultant – Champion Home Builders, Inc.

Champion Homes Center has an immediate opening for a Manufactured Housing Salesperson in Rockport, TX. This role involves selling factory‑built homes within a private 50‑lot development and a small model home center.

• Provide a minimum of three‑year successful track record of manufactured housing sales in a mountainous region.
• Perform site checks to determine home placement feasibility.
• Close and negotiate sales, maintaining strong communication with prospective customers.
• Follow up proactively, listen, and solve problems creatively.
• Work as part of a team and individually, bring energy & enthusiasm to the workplace.
• Prioritize tasks and maintain strong organizational skills.
• Maintain a 5‑day work week with Saturday, early evenings, and some holidays.

• Proven experience in the factory‑built home industry is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to make sound decisions and problem‑solve effectively.
• Knowledge of construction processes, codes, and regulations.
• Honesty, high moral values, integrity, and professionalism.

• Proven closing/negotiation skills.
• Strong communication skills (both verbal & written).
