. This position is an immediate opening for a Manufactured Housing Salesperson in Rockport, TX, at Genesis Homes Development/Champion Homes Center, a Division of Champion Home Builders Inc. Champion Homes Center is a direct retailer for Champion Homes, the country's largest publicly held manufactured home producer.

Previous successful experience in the factory‑built housing industry is a must. The candidate must provide a minimum of three years of successful track record of manufactured housing sales in a mountainous region and have the ability to perform site checks to determine home placement feasibility.

This position is within a private property 50‑lot development with spec homes available for immediate occupancy as well as a small model home center for sales into Texas. A proven track record of strong closing abilities is a must.

• Ability to work Saturdays, early evenings & some holidays (5‑day work week)

• Proven experience in a leadership role in the factory‑built home industry is a plus
