Overview

Ayvaz Pizza (Franchisee of Pizza Hut) is hiring Delivery Drivers who will be responsible for assisting with the daily operations of the restaurant. The Delivery Driver assists with ensuring that each visit from a customer results in friendly and personalized service with great food that is promptly delivered in a clean and inviting environment. We are looking for a self-motivated, dynamic team player to join our team.

The Delivery Driver position is responsible for providing exceptional guest service and support, while working closely with the Restaurant Managers and other Team Members to maintain operational standards and procedures. Tips are paid daily for drivers.

• Maintain a clean driving record and prioritize safety for yourself and customers, arriving and returning safely in accordance with local, state, and federal laws.
• Greet guests with a smile, receive orders, process payments, and respond appropriately to customer issues. Communicate positively with customers, peers, and managers.
• Maintain cleanliness and health and safety standards in work areas, including the vehicle.
• Perform duties at multiple workstations; ensure prompt and regular attendance on assigned shifts.
• Follow dress code and grooming standards; complete delegated cleaning assignments in a timely manner.
• Operate cash registers or point-of-sale devices as needed; use suggestive selling techniques to generate additional sales opportunities.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve goals and improve team effectiveness.

• Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and under pressure; dependable and reliable.
• Good written, math, and interpersonal skills; reliable transportation.
• 18 years old to operate a motorized vehicle; possess all required state and federal documents and permits (keep an updated copy of insurance with your name).
• Flexible work availability; results-oriented and customer-focused; previous customer service experience is helpful.
