Our client, a financial services firm, is looking to add a Collections Specialist to their growing accounting department. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity and sits in the client's Rockville, MD headquarters. Successful incumbent will have a 1+ years of collections experience.
Duties and Responsibilities- Manage the collections process for a portfolio of clients
- Reach out to customers via phone, email, and written correspondence to collect on outstanding payments
- AR aging reports and analyze customer accounts.
- Month‑end close assistance
- 1+ years of collections experience
