We help pharma manufacturers, biotech firms, and CDMOs proactively identify compliance risks, analyze FDA 483 patterns, understand inspector behavior, and take preventive actions across multi-site operations. Our mission is to move compliance teams from reactive firefighting to data-driven, proactive compliance.
We are looking for a high-ownership Account Executive to drive outbound enterprise sales for Compliance
BI. This role is ideal for someone who understands the life sciences ecosystem, is comfortable selling complex solutions, and thrives in an early-stage environment where impact is visible and meaningful.
You will own the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, and work closely with the founder and product team to shape messaging, refine ICPs, and influence product direction.
Key Responsibilities- Drive outbound sales targeting US FDA regulated pharma manufacturers, biotech companies, and CDMOs with multi‑site operations
- Own the end-to-end sales cycle, prospecting, discovery, demos, proposals, negotiation, and close
- Build and manage a strong pipeline of enterprise accounts
- Engage with senior stakeholders including QA Heads, Compliance Leaders, and Executive Management
- Articulate Compliance
BI’s value around FDA 483 intelligence, risk prioritization, and proactive compliance - Collaborate closely with product and leadership to refine positioning and sales strategy
- Provide market feedback to influence roadmap and GTM decisions
- Proven experience in enterprise B2B sales, preferably in life sciences, pharma, biotech, or compliance-related solutions
- Experience selling to US FDA regulated organizations is a strong advantage
- Life sciences compliance background is good to have but not mandatory
- Strong outbound sales capability with confidence in cold outreach and enterprise conversations
- Comfortable selling early‑stage products and shaping sales processes from the ground up
- Ability to work independently with high ownership and accountability
- Excellent communication, relationship‑building, and consultative selling skills
- 5+ years of enterprise B2B sales experience
- Experience selling to US FDA regulated life sciences companies strongly preferred
- Competitive fixed salary plus commission
