Position DescriptionThe Post Sale Lead plays a key role in overseeing post sale, Deed in Lieu (DIL), and Senior Sale Monitoring (SSM) activities to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and compliance across all processes. This role is responsible for managing reporting and inventories, providing regular performance dashboards to leadership, supporting staff training, and assisting management with workload monitoring and disbursement oversight. The Post Sale Lead must be highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of independently managing priorities in a fast-paced environment while supporting team and operational goals.
PositionDescription and Responsibilities
- Manage reporting for MD DIL, SSM, and post sale activities
- Provide weekly dashboards to manager and operations director
- Assist with training staff on post sale and other applicable processes
- Assist management with monitoring client step workload and disbursement
- Maintain and monitor post sale, DIL, and SSM inventories to ensure files are up to date
- Assist with additional projects as needed with management
- Proficient in CW and client systems
- Excellent in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to multitask
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and manage daily, weekly, monthly goals
- Proficient in sale/post sale processes
