Senior Quality Control Manager – Oversees the quality of construction services and ensures compliance with all project requirements, materials, and workmanship.

• Required Education
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field.
• Required Experience
  • Minimum of ten (10) years in construction with in‑depth knowledge of QA/QC procedures.
  • Demonstrated success preparing, maintaining, and executing a full 3‑Phase CQM program.
  • Proficiency in Procore and RMS management systems.
  • Comprehensive understanding of all aspects of construction practices.
• Required Certification
  • Current USACE CQM Management Certificate.
• Other Requirements
  • U.S. citizenship.

• Submittal Management
  • Develop Quality Control Plan for submissions.
  • Review and approve work plans and product submissions.
• Plan for and Conduct Three‑Phase Inspection Program
  • Schedule and conduct preparatory, initial, follow‑up, and final inspections.
• Quality Control Inspections
  • Maintain site‑specific test log.
  • Verify compliance of materials, equipment, and dimensional requirements.
  • Document non‑compliance and lead corrective actions.
  • Ensure as‑built drawings are accurate.
• Daily Reports
  • Prepare, distribute, and maintain contemporaneous daily reports summarizing all activities.
• Safety Assistance
  • Capture photographic documentation of all job‑site accidents and incidents.
  • Coordinate with the Safety Department and provide annotated photos within 24 hours.
• Other
  • Attend all Grunley in‑house and external training programs.
  • Support recruiting efforts as appropriate.
