Your Responsibilities- Perform field labor.
- Operate hand‑held construction equipment.
- Learn heavy equipment operating, construction techniques, and regulations.
- Document field observations.
- Observe safe work practices.
- Actively develop your own career path.
- This role requires traveling to various project sites within the greater Mid‑Atlantic area.
- GED or High School Diploma.
- OSHA HAZWOPER certification.
- 1–2 years of construction experience with repair and construction of stormwater infrastructure, concrete structures, piping and detention/retention basins.
- Safeland Training preferred but not required.
- Able to perform manual labor.
- Knowledge of sediment and erosion control.
- General carpentry and plumbing experience is helpful.
- Comfortable using pickups/equipment trailers.
- Good driving record.
- Thorough understanding of safe work practices in accordance with OSHA regulations.
- Able to understand grade and elevation instruments or willing to learn.
- Open to overnight travel.
