As the Construction and Inventory Specialist, you will be responsible for managing a wide range of functions to ensure that all materials and services required for construction projects are procured in a timely and cost-effective manner. You will work closely with project managers, vendors, and suppliers to identify needs, analyze pricing, negotiate contracts, and manage the procurement process. This position requires an individual with a strong background in purchasing and construction to contribute to the success of our organization.

• Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain management, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in purchasing, preferably in the construction industry
• Strong knowledge of construction materials, equipment, and services

• Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance
• Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, work in tight spaces (e.g., crawl spaces, attics)
• Ability to repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objects
• Ability to work with/around cleaning agents
