Seeking an experienced MEP Engineer to design and coordinate mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems for commercial design-build projects.
Responsibilities:
- Develop MEP designs, calculations, equipment selections, and coordinated drawings for permitting and construction
- ensure designs meet applicable codes, client requirements, and project budgets
- coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors and project managers
- review submittals, respond to RFIs, and resolve design and installation conflicts
Qualifications:
- PE license is required
- experience designing MEP systems for commercial projects
- strong knowledge of building codes, system sizing, and construction coordination
- proficiency with autoCAD and Revit/BIM
