Are you a seasoned professional in the construction industry with a passion for creating breathtaking commercial interiors? We are currently seeking a Commercial Interiors Superintendent to join our dynamic team. As a part of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of interior renovation projects, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest level of quality.

• 1. Oversee all stages of project life cycle, including planning, design, construction, occupancy, and closeout.
• 2. Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other construction and building specialists.
• 3. Ensure that all work is carried out to specific standards, building codes, guidelines and regulations.
• 4. Develop and maintain relationships with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• 5. Oversee and direct construction projects from conception to completion.
• 6. Review work progress on daily basis and ensure timely completion of projects.
• 7. Coordinate and direct construction workers and subcontractors.
• 8. Review and approve all subcontractor's and supplier's pay requests.
• 9. Ensure quality construction standards and the use of proper construction techniques.

• 1. A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, specifically within the commercial interiors sector.
• 2. Proven experience overseeing all aspects of the construction process, from design through completion.
• 3. Strong knowledge of building products, construction details, and relevant rules, regulations, and quality standards.
• 4. Excellent time management and project organization skills.
• 5. Demonstrated leadership skills with a solid ability to manage and motivate a team.
• 6. Strong client-facing and communication skills.
• 7. Advanced problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
• 8. Proficiency in construction management software.
• 9. Bachelor’s degree in construction management, architecture, engineering, or related field is preferred.
• 10. A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
