* Architect / Design-Build Project Manager
**

We are seeking an Architect to lead design and preconstruction for commercial design-build projects, with the ability to manage projects through construction.

*
* Responsibilities:**

• Prepare architectural design drawings, permit sets, and construction documents.
• Lead preconstruction, including design development, permitting, budgeting, and scheduling.
• Coordinate architectural, structural, civil, and MEP disciplines.
• Work with clients, estimators, consultants, and subcontractors to develop practical, cost-effective solutions.
• Manage construction activities, including subcontractor coordination, RFIs, submittals, changes, and project closeout.

* Qualifications:**

• Degree in architecture; architectural licensure required.
• Experience in commercial design, preconstruction, and construction project management.
• Proficiency in Revit and/or AutoCAD.
• Strong knowledge of building codes, construction methods, budgets, and schedules.
• Ability to lead projects from initial design through completion.
