We’re searching for an events & experiences producer to provide direct support to the Conference, Event, & Experiences (CEE) Team. The ideal candidate is passionate, creative, detail-oriented, and dedicated to providing superb client service at every turn.
The events & experiences producer will work closely with a multitude of internal and external cross-functional teams including innovation, sales, marketing, creative, and operations.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Own and manage production for events (approx. 500 - 1,500 attendees), including budgets, timelines, logistics, and vendor coordination.
- Develop detailed run-of-show documents and production schedules.
- Lead client-facing communications during planning and onsite execution.
- Manage logistics: AV, F&B, venues, staffing, signage, transportation, and rentals.
- Partner with creative and marketing teams to ensure brand-aligned event design.
- Ensure the utilization of systems, processes, and scalable planning templates.
- Assist in managing budgets and post-event reconciliation and debriefs.
- Serve as on-site event lead, ensuring smooth setup, guest experience, and tear-down.
- Maintain vendor and venue database and stay abreast of industry trends.
- Mentor and delegate tasks to Planners and Coordinators.
- Conduct final inspections on the day of the event to ensure everything adheres to the client’s standards.
- Support client experiences from conception through post-event, assisting with on-site preparations, production, and event breakdown, ensuring consistent, high-level service throughout all phases.
- Assist in proactive planning, communication, and scheduling of a wide variety of events.
- Research resources and support pre-event meetings when necessary to help the CEE Team make decisions about event design
- Participate in internal planning meetings including distributing agendas and taking minutes.
- Comply with legal, insurance, health, and safety regulations always.
COMPETENCIES:
- 3–5 years of experience in event production, preferably agency or B2B events.
- Proven track record managing complex logistics and multiple vendors simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, including professional client interaction.
- High attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and adapt under pressure.
- Demonstrated budget management experience.
- Technologically proficient with registration tools, CRMs, and project management software.
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills; capable of guiding junior teammates.
- Flexible for travel and event-day support (weekends and evenings when needed).
- Ability to handle pressure and make split-second decisions.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- CMP, CSEP, or similar credential (or actively pursuing) is a plus.
- Experience in marketing and/or public relations is a plus.
- Flexibility to travel both domestically and internationally, as needed.
