The Opportunity:
Are you looking to transform the way a user interacts with applications? You know that a good system is more than just the code, infrastructure, and a nice-looking interface—it’s the way it addresses a user’s needs. As a UX Strategist, you put yourself in the user’s place to understand the best ways they can engage with the system. We’re looking for someone creative like you to help develop the ultimate user experience.
In this role, you’ll work closely with product managers to understand your clients’ vision and their users’ needs. Working on an Agile team, you’ll act as a storyteller, translating research into actionable user insights. You’ll be involved with the full spectrum of the digital creative process, including user research, interface design, usability testing, and product implementation. Your experience will help you advocate for the prioritizations of design-centered changes, refinements, and improvements while keeping the end-user at the center of your work.
Are you ready to help our clients meet their mission by changing the face of healthcare? Join us. The world can’t wait.
