We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Radiology Mammography Physician to join a dynamic healthcare team. Required Skills:
- Board Certification in Radiology with specialization or experience in Mammography
- Current state medical license (considering IMLC licensure preferred)
- Valid DEA certification
- Proficiency in performing and interpreting Breast MRIs and Mammography procedures
- Strong diagnostic acumen and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills for effectively coordinating with staff and patients
- Ability to work efficiently within a fast-paced clinical environment
Skills:
- Experience with ultrasound-guided breast procedures
- Familiarity with heavy Breast MRI workloads
- Additional certifications in breast imaging techniques
- Previous experience in hospital-based radiology departments
Education and Experience:
- MD or DO degree from accredited medical school
- At least 3 years of post-residency experience in breast imaging
- Demonstrated ability to handle high-volume diagnostic imaging cases (26-28 patients daily) and perform 6-8 breast procedures daily
- Proven competency in managing heavy MRI caseloads and complex imaging modalities
- No travel expected; full travel reimbursement included if needed
- Availability to start on February 3, 2026, for a six-month contract
- Ability to work Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM with a 30-minute lunch
- Compliance with all required certifications, including BLS and ACLS
- Credentialing process typically completed within 60-90 days
