** The  assistant is responsible for supporting the lead teacher in implementing the school’s Spanish  and
-education curriculum. Duties include assisting with lesson preparation, leading small group activities, organizing art and craft projects, and supervising  during  and outdoor activities. The assistant will also step in as the lead teacher when necessary.
We are a progressive Spanish Immersion Preschool with emphasis in the social and emotional  We are looking for 2 teacher assistants who are willing to learn our methods and pedagogies in teaching Spanish.

** The following trainings are required
** Must be fluent in Spanish (native speaker preferred) and proficient in English.
Must currently be enrolled in or have completed courses in Early Childhood Education.
Ability to work collaboratively with teachers and staff.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Commitment to supporting children’s social and emotional growth.### Preferred Skills, Education, and Experience Prior experience working in a preschool or early childhood classroom.
Familiarity with bilingual or immersion education approaches.
Creativity in planning and implementing activities.### Compensation Compensation Type: hourly  Minimum: $16  Maximum: $18###
