A private equity–backed facilities services company based in Rockville, Maryland, is seeking a Controller to enhance accounting operations and financial reporting. Responsible for strategic oversight and operational accounting, the Controller will facilitate month-end closings and financial integrity while managing key financial functions. This role requires a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, CPA licensure, and over 5 years of progressive accounting experience.
Strong familiarity with U.S. GAAP and excellent communication skills are essential for success in this position.
