Accounts Payable Specialist

Seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Specialist with a strong background in invoice processing and financial systems. This role will support the finance team in managing daily AP operations, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with company policies.

• Process invoices using automated OCR-based systems to ensure timely and accurate payments
• Match and reconcile invoices against purchase orders and receipts
• Upload templates and data into the AP system for batch processing
• Review and process employee expense reports in accordance with company guidelines
• Maintain accurate records and ensure adherence to accounting policies and procedures
• Identify and resolve discrepancies through analytical problem-solving
• Communicate effectively with vendors and internal stakeholders to resolve AP issues

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Accounts Payable or a similar finance role
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for tracking and reporting
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with Workday Financials preferred
• Familiarity with Auditoria and AI-driven AP Help Desk software is a plus
