Position Details- Provides clinical support to regional accounts.
- Role requires extensive travel – up to 100% to sites across the assigned region.
$85,000 – $90,000 annually.

The Registered Dietitian represents the key contact with guests to assess nutritional and dietary needs, make recommendations, and work collaboratively with client representatives (especially nursing/medical staff) and our Dining Services Director and Team Members to deliver those guests’ needs to high standards. The role is the leader in communicating and implementing new clinical systems and programs, ensuring that all required statutory actions and documentation are consistently delivered, and ensuring that nutritional requirements are incorporated into dining services production and operations.
The dietitian provides overall planning, recommendations, documentation, and control of resident/patient nutritional needs in the facility to within requirements of company standards, policies, and statutory requirements.
- Evaluates resident nutritional needs and establishes individualized plan of care.
- Monitors resident status and takes appropriate actions.
- Works collaboratively with dining services department ensuring a smooth seven‑day operation.
- Creates and maintains documentation.
- Maintains client relationships.
- Updates and applies professional knowledge.
- Sets and communicates objectives, reinforces high standards, monitors performance, and addresses issues.
- Complies with departmental audits (clinical documentation review, food safety, meal accuracy, test tray audits).
- Completes corrective action plans arising from audits.
- Follows corporate directives within designated time frames.
- Must be a Registered Dietitian (RD) and/or have licensure/certification.
- Serve Safe, Choke Save, and Allergen certification preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition/Dietetics, successful completion of Dietetic Internship or equivalent. Member of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics. Master’s degree preferred.
- Must have 2 years of clinical experience in a senior living environment.
- Scheduling may require a 10‑day on/4‑day off rotation determined by support needs.
- Requires extensive travel up to 100%.
- Must hold a valid driver’s license and reside within commutable distance to a major airport.
- Work involves extreme temperatures/conditions, heated equipment, grease, refrigeration/freezer, and other at‑risk conditions.
- Computer knowledge and ability to work with multiple software programs is essential.
- Involves repetitive motion, walking and/or standing for extended periods.
- Frequent lifting, pushing, and carrying.
- Requires repetitive wrist motion.
