Job Title: Geriatric Nursing Assistant (GNA)

Pay Range: $20.25 - $27.25/hour (Final offer based on your unique skills, experience, and professional background)

• Encourage residents’ independence and assist with self‑care as needed
• Provide personal care: bathing, dressing, grooming, mouth care, and nail care
• Assist with toileting, incontinence care, and changes linens as needed
• Help transfer residents safely and obtain help for total lifts
• Assist with meals and ensure resident comfort at rest times
• Respond promptly to call lights and report changes or injuries to supervisors
• Apply standard precautions and follow isolation procedures
• Support restorative and rehabilitative care
• Perform unit cleaning duties and other tasks as required

• Current GNA certification in the state of Maryland
• Previous experience in a healthcare or senior living setting preferred
• Genuine passion for providing compassionate, resident‑centered care
• Strong teamwork skills and a positive, respectful attitude
• Ability to communicate clearly and maintain confidentiality
• Commitment to maintaining high standards of care and professionalism
