• Process and submit medical billing claims accurately and timely.
• Verify patient insurance coverage and eligibility prior to services.
• Manage accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding claims.
• Communicate with insurance companies to resolve billing discrepancies.
• Prepare and maintain billing reports and documentation.
• Assist patients with billing inquiries and payment plans.
• Stay updated with industry regulations and coding practices.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure proper billing procedures.

• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certification is a plus.
• Proven experience in medical billing or healthcare finance.
• Familiarity with medical coding (ICD-10, CPT) and billing software specifically primary care
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standards.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and billing software.
