Job Title: Certified Nursing Assistant / Geriatric Nursing Assistant (CNA/GNA)

Pay Rate: $25 per hour

Shifts Available: 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM or 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM

Duration: 13 weeks

Requirements:

• Must hold a valid Geriatric Nursing Assistant (GNA) certificate.
• Minimum of 1 year of current senior living and/or skilled nursing experience.
• Experience working with geriatric patients.

Job Description:
We are currently seeking dedicated and experienced Certified Nursing Assistants / Geriatric Nursing Assistants (CNA/GNA) to join a team in Rockville, MD. As a crucial member of the healthcare team, you will play a vital role in providing compassionate care to senior residents.

Responsibilities:

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Provide emotional support and companionship to residents.
• Assist in maintaining a clean and safe environment for residents.
• Follow care plans and report any changes in residents' conditions to the nursing staff.
• Monitor and record vital signs as needed.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure residents receive high-quality care.

Qualifications:

• Active Geriatric Nursing Assistant (GNA) certification.
• Minimum of 1 year of current senior living and/or skilled nursing experience.
• Experience working with geriatric patients.
• Compassionate and patient-focused attitude.
