• Strong customer service support skills
• 2+ years of experience working in a multi provider high volume medical office
• Must have medical call center/experience answering a high volume of phone calls
• Experience triaging phone calls
• Scheduling appointments and procedures
• Providing patient education
• Taking detailed phone messages
• Transferring phone calls
• Documenting and updating patient information in EMR
• Generating electronic prescription refill requests
• Processing referrals
• Strong medical terminology knowledge
• Must have a HS Diploma or GED

• Answer a high volume of phone calls in a high volume multi provider medical office
• Schedule appointments and procedures
• Triage phone calls
• Transfer calls
• Take detailed phone messages
• Assist with electronic approvals for prescriptions
• Process referrals
• Document and update patient information in EMR
