Quality Agents, LLC provides equipment validation and quality assurance services to pharmaceutical and biotech clients nationwide. We are a growing professional services firm operating in a regulated, multi-state environment.
The RoleThe Office Manager supports day-to-day human resources administration and office operations. This role reports to the Finance & Human Resources Manager and is responsible for most HR administrative functions, general office management, and light bookkeeping support. This position does not include recruiting, disciplinary actions, or policy-making responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding for employees and subcontractors
- Maintain employee records and HR data in BambooHR
- Assist with payroll administration using ADP
- Support benefits administration and coordination with insurance vendors
- Provide general office management and administrative support
- Assist with routine bookkeeping tasks using Quick Books Online
- Compile time records to assist Company management in tracking project status
- Ensure compliance with established HR procedures and employment regulations
- 5+ years of experience in office management, HR administration, or a similar role
- Experience supporting HR and payroll functions in a professional services environment preferred
- Familiarity with multi-state employment environments a plus
- Quick Books Online
- ADP payroll systems
- Bamboo
HR or similar HRIS - Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams)
