Quality Agents, LLC provides equipment validation and quality assurance services to pharmaceutical and biotech clients nationwide. We are a growing professional services firm operating in a regulated, multi-state environment.

The Role

The Office Manager supports day-to-day human resources administration and office operations. This role reports to the Finance & Human Resources Manager and is responsible for most HR administrative functions, general office management, and light bookkeeping support. This position does not include recruiting, disciplinary actions, or policy-making responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate onboarding and offboarding for employees and subcontractors
  • Maintain employee records and HR data in BambooHR
  • Assist with payroll administration using ADP
  • Support benefits administration and coordination with insurance vendors
  • Provide general office management and administrative support
  • Assist with routine bookkeeping tasks using Quick Books Online
  • Compile time records to assist Company management in tracking project status
  • Ensure compliance with established HR procedures and employment regulations
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in office management, HR administration, or a similar role
  • Experience supporting HR and payroll functions in a professional services environment preferred
  • Familiarity with multi-state employment environments a plus
Technical Skills
  • Quick Books Online
  • ADP payroll systems
  • Bamboo

    HR or similar HRIS
  • Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams)
