• Monday–Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM
• Salary: $75,000 – $82,000 per year
- Maintain professional communication with staff and patients concerning HR matters.
- Process payroll on a biweekly basis.
- Assist with onboarding new staff, including background and reference checks.
- Perform additional duties related to HR as needed.
- Prior experience in HR within a nursing center or healthcare setting.
- Ability to build strong relationships and gain support from staff.
- Superior organization skills and attention to detail.
- Proven ability to multi‑task.
- Knowledgeable of administrative practices, employment law, wage and hour rules, labor relations, OSHA, and privacy regulations.
