• Monday–Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM
• Salary: $75,000 – $82,000 per year

• Maintain professional communication with staff and patients concerning HR matters.
• Process payroll on a biweekly basis.
• Assist with onboarding new staff, including background and reference checks.
• Perform additional duties related to HR as needed.

• Prior experience in HR within a nursing center or healthcare setting.
• Ability to build strong relationships and gain support from staff.
• Superior organization skills and attention to detail.
• Proven ability to multi‑task.
• Knowledgeable of administrative practices, employment law, wage and hour rules, labor relations, OSHA, and privacy regulations.
