Overview
CALIBRE is an employee-owned mission focused solutions and digital transformation company. We are looking for a highly motivated Enterprise Systems Architect to join our dynamic team supporting a federal client. This position will support the organization's application systems.
Responsibilities- Reviews, analyzes, and modifies programming systems including encoding, testing, debugging and installing to support an organization's application systems.
- Consults with users to identify current operating procedures and to clarify program objectives.
- Writes documentation to describe program development, logic, coding, and corrections.
- Writes manuals for users to describe installation and operating procedures.
- Provides design services based in conjunction with current system and project documentation and existing software and databases.
- Performs maintenance processes and procedures consistent with software development best practices including but not limited to Agile development, industry standards.
- Bachelor s degree in a related area and at least 2-4 years of experience in Information Technology or in a related area.
- Working knowledge of relational databases and client-server concepts.
- Knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within Information Technology Service Management.
- Experience directing and leading the work of others.
- Experience performing a variety of complicated tasks.
- Experience with Service Now.
