Position: ServiceNow Administrator with Security Clearance
OVERVIEW
Caelum Research Corporation (Caelum) is seeking an experienced Service Now Administrator to ensure the reliability, security, and seamless integration of our Service Now platform in support of the Army War College at Carlisle Barracks, PA. You will be responsible for maintaining mission-critical services at peak performance while enforcing strict compliance and driving continuous improvement.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

· Security & Compliance o Enforce DoD RMF and NIST 800-53 controls within Service Now o Manage RBAC, CMDB hardening, audit logging, and evidence packaging
· Integration Management o Configure and maintain Azure AD SSO/SCIM (SAML/OAuth) o Deploy and troubleshoot MID Servers in AWS Gov Cloud o Oversee JDBC connectivity to SQL Server (AWS RDS) o Develop and manage Blackboard LMS data exchanges (REST/SOAP)
· Platform Administration o Apply Service Now upgrades, patches, and hotfixes o Design workflows, Service Catalog items, and Business Rules o Monitor instance health, performance metrics, and incident response o Maintain run books, technical documentation, and release processes
· Stakeholder Collaboration o Liaise with security, network, DBA, and instructional-tech teams o Provide Tier 3 support and mentorship to Tier 1/2 staff o Maintain a change-control calendar and brief leadership on status REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
· 3+ years of Service Now administration in enterprise or DoD environments
· Service Now Certified System Administrator (CSA)
· CompTIA Security+ certification
· Deep knowledge of DoD RMF, STIGs, and NIST 800-53
· Hands-on Azure AD (SAML/SCIM) integration experience
· Proven MID Server deployment in AWS Gov Cloud
· Strong SQL Server (connection strings, performance tuning)
· Blackboard LMS integrations via REST or SOAP APIs
· Active DoD Secret clearance (or ability to obtain/maintain) PREFERRED SKILS
· JavaScript (Glide), Power Shell, or Python scripting
· Experience with Service Now Discovery, Orchestration, Sec Ops, or Event Management
