IAM Lead Engineer

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise Identity and Access Management ( IAM ) initiatives from planning through implementation
• Develop custom Java-based solutions within SailPoint Identity
  
  IQ/Identity Now platforms
• Build and maintain cloud access automation using Python and Power Shell in AWS and Azure environments
• Manage complex access provisioning and deprovisioning workflows to ensure security and compliance
• Partner with security and compliance teams to develop and enforce governance frameworks

• 5-10+ years of hands‑on SailPoint Identity
  
  IQ experience, including custom Java rule development, connector customization, and workflow configuration
• 5+ years of Java application development (not just scripting)
• 2+ years of AWS IAM experience with policy creation and automation
• Proficiency in Python scripting for automation and integrations
• Experience with Active Directory and Azure AD administration and integration
