Outside Property Associate Claim Rep

• Salary range up to $86,800.00

• Review, investigate, and document 1st party property claims under supervision
• Gather information from policyholders, claimants, and third-party providers
• Establish accurate scope of damages for building and contents losses
• Maintain accurate records of claim activity in claim management systems

• High School Diploma or GED and one year of customer service experience OR Bachelor’s Degree
• Valid driver's license
• Previous internship or work experience in customer service or insurance
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

• Basic conflict resolution skills with willingness to learn advanced techniques for negotiations
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
• Strong customer service skills and commitment to a positive experience for insureds and claimants
