We’re seeking an exceptional litigator to help navigate legal risks as we expand our offerings in an exciting and rapidly changing industry.

You’ll manage litigation and regulatory matters, counsel Epic on its approach to an evolving competitive landscape, and advance your responsibility as your skillset grows.

Position is based at our campus in Madison, WI, and requires relocation to the area. Epic provides financial relocation assistance.

• 3–7 years drafting motions and briefs, conducting oral arguments, leading settlement negotiations, and trying cases. Experience in competition and regulatory litigation is a plus.
• Strong academic and professional background.
• Excellent attention to detail, creativity, and communication, writing, and analytical skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.
• Relocation to the Madison, WI area is required and will be fully reimbursed.
• COVID‑19 vaccination is required.
