As part of our mission to advance scientific rigor and public health standards, you will play a vital role in increasing global access to high-quality medicines through public standards and related programs. • Takes full responsibility for the definition, documentation, and successful completion of large-scale, complex projects (typically with significant business, or high-profile impact, and high-risk dependencies).

• Adopts and adapts project management methods and tools, selecting appropriately from plan-driven/predictive approaches or more adaptive (iterative and agile) approaches.

• Ensures that effective project control, change control, risk management and testing processes are maintained. Monitors and controls resources, revenue and capital costs against the project budget and manages expectations of all project stakeholders.

• Leads and manages projects often involving multiple internal and external constituents and matrix partners.

• Monitors, controls, and validates financial forecast, resources, and capital costs against the project budget and provides on-going reconciliation of resources and other related project expenditures in alignment with project stakeholders’ expectations.

• Develops communication plans and appropriate vehicles to execute on responsibilities.

• Represents the project in briefings to sponsors, key stakeholders, governance, and inter-department forums.

• Defines and tracks project milestones while developing, maintaining, and reporting on an overall integrated project schedule and delivery plan.
