Project Manager, Program ​/ Project Manager, Operations Manager

Overview

This is a full-time on-site role for a Project Manager located in Rockville, VA, but predominantly on job sites in the Richmond region. The Project Manager will be responsible for expediting, project management, inspections, and logistics management to ensure the successful completion of site preparation projects. Key qualifications include experience in project management and expediting, skills in inspection and logistics management, strong organizational and communication skills, ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.

A JEL project manager must have skillsets in Bluebeam, Microsoft Suite, Procore, experience in managing RFIs/Submittals process, and experience in heavy civil and site work. Additional skillsets in AutoCAD and/or Navisworks is a bonus along with a bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field or ten years of construction management experience.
