- Representing the company at global conferences and industry events
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in the life sciences or business.
- Deep knowledge of cell/gene therapy workflows
- 10–15 years in business development or commercial leadership in biotech/life sciences
- Track record of closing complex, high-value deals and managing commercial teams
- Strategic thinker with a hands-on execution style and excellent cross-functional skills
