Position Summary – The CATI Research Supervisor oversees survey operations, including planning, recruitment, training, and quality control of interviewers. This role ensures efficient project execution and high-quality data collection.
Key Responsibilities- Plan and manage cold call survey operations
- Recruit and train CATI interviewers
- Monitor quality control and interview accuracy
- Prepare and maintain daily performance reports
- Ensure project timelines and deliverables are met
- Maintain interviewer productivity and efficiency
- Execute(which?) floor procedures for survey administration
- Work flexible hours between 9:00 AM – 11:00 PM, including Saturdays
- Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience in a similar role
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Excellent problem‑solving and organizational skills
- High school diploma or GED required
- U.S. Citizenship
