Biopharm Manufacturing Associate

Job Title: Biopharm Manufacturing Associate
Location: Rockville, MD
Pay Range: $17-$20/hr
Duration: 12 months (potential to extend/convert)

• Prepare, clean, sterilize, batch, pasteurize, or filter media and solutions for cell culture and purification operations.
• Set up, operate, clean, and break down process equipment to ensure smooth manufacturing workflows.
• Perform sampling procedures on analytical instruments to analyze cell culture, solutions, and stocks concentrations.
• Operate filter integrity devices to verify filter performance before and after use.
• Monitor process operations, equipment, and instruments to identify and escalate potential issues proactively.

• Basic understanding of media.switch of sterilization and filtration processes.
• Ability to follow standard operating procedures (SOPs), protocols, and batch records accurately.
• Familiarity with equipment setup, operation, cleaning, and troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of safety policies and procedures, with a commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Excel, Word, and Outlook.
