Take your clinical leadership skills to the next level. Lead an engaged team to deliver exceptional care on our 34-bed Med/Surg unit.
Qualifications:
- BSN is required for this position. Certification as a Medical/Surgical RN is preferred, or willingness to obtain certification upon hire.
- Minimum of 5 years of RN experience with at least 3 years of progressive leadership experience, including 2 years as a Clinical Nurse Manager.
- Unencumbered RN license in Maryland at the time of hire.
- American Heart Association BLS certification.
Ideal Candidate:
- Actively rounds on staff.
- Dedicated to providing the best patient experience.
- Passionate about nursing as a profession.
