Shift: Day & Night Available

Pay Range: $28.75 - $35.75/hour (Final offer based on your unique skills, experience, and professional background)

• Provide direct nursing care to residents according to care plans and physician orders.
• Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely.
• Monitor residents’ health status and promptly report changes.
• Document care provided and maintain accurate clinical records.
• Collaborate with the care team, residents, and families to ensure high‑quality, resident‑centered care.
• Uphold infection control, safety, and confidentiality standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Associate Degree in Nursing required; LPN licensed in the state employed.
• Minimum 2-5 years of experience in a hospital, long‑term care facility, or other related healthcare facility.
• Must possess strong written and oral communication skills; able to maintain confidential information.
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Passion for providing compassionate, resident‑focused care.
• Strong teamwork skills and a positive attitude.
