Responsibilities Direct antibody and protein engineering initiatives for various applications

Establish procedures for protein expression, purification, and analysis in diverse formats

Create assays to assess engineered candidates' binding, biochemical, and functional properties

Utilize Alpha Fold, Rosetta, and ProteinMPNN to prioritize designs and inform lab strategies

Collaborate with computational experts and structural biologists to translate modeling insights into tangible programs

Requirements

Doctorate in biochemistry, molecular biology, or related field

Proven industry experience in antibody or protein engineering research

Proficient in protein expression, purification, characterization, and assay development

Familiarity with bispecific antibodies, nanobodies, multispecific proteins, or similar variants

Knowledge of computational protein design and structure prediction tools

Track record of scientific contributions through publications, patents, or successful programs

Ability to lead technical projects and collaborate with diverse scientific teams
