• Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients, corporate partners, and referral networks.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and strategic outreach.
• Create compelling proposals, present tailored solutions, and negotiate contracts to close deals.
• Represent 495 Movers at local events, charity drives, and business expos to increase brand awareness and connect with local organizations.
• Stay ahead of industry trends, analyze competitors, and help shape our sales and marketing strategies.
• Work closely with operations, marketing, and finance teams to ensure seamless customer experience.
• Leverage your negotiation skills, intuition, and ability to connect with people to meet and exceed sales goals.

• 🔹 1+ years of business development, sales, or relocation industry experience (moving & logistics experience a plus).
• 🔹 A natural ability to connect with people, understand their needs, and build trust.
• 🔹 Strong negotiation skills and the confidence to close high-value deals.
• 🔹 Excellent communication, organization, and problem‑solving skills.
• 🔹 Self‑motivated with a hunter’s mindset—you thrive in a competitive, results‑driven environment.
