• Support on‑site Sales Representatives in day‑to‑day operations
• Greet and engage with prospective buyers in model homes
• Assist with contract preparation, follow‑ups, and customer communication
• Help maintain marketing materials, price lists, and inventory reports
• Ensure accurate listing details on MLS, websites, and print materials

• 1–2 years of experience in sales or customer‑facing roles
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Positive attitude and team‑first mentality
• Willingness to learn and grow in a fast‑paced environment
• Interest in real estate or new home construction
• Ability to obtain a Maryland Builder Sales License
