Tuckers Air Conditioning, Heating & Plumbing of Frederick, MD is hiring a full-time Plumbing Technician / Plumber to perform inspections, diagnose issues, discuss repairs with homeowners, and execute repairs or installations. We provide a take-home company vehicle, tool account, and training. The typical schedule is Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm with one weekend on call each month.
Our Plumbing Technician earns $50,000-$100,000/year including commissions and bonuses. We cover 50% of health insurance, 2% match healthcare, 2 weeks of paid vacation (up to 4 weeks with tenure), 401k with match, paid holidays, and quarterly events. Qualifications- Current plumbing license
- Valid driver’s license with a clean record
- Availability for after-hours emergency service as per on-call schedule
Backflow certification is preferred but not required. Candidates should enjoy troubleshooting, take pride in their work, be honest and reliable, communicate well, and maintain professionalism. Respect for others and property, goal orientation, and a desire for a long-term plumbing career are essential. Candidates must pass background and drug tests.
