- Diagnose and repair appliances in customers’ homes
- Provide accurate estimates and collect payment
- Maintain your tools, vehicle, and inventory
- Complete invoices and route sheets on time
- Support the team and cross‑train as needed
- 4+ years appliance repair experience
- Strong troubleshooting and mechanical skill
- Organized, self‑driven, communicates well
- Willing to learn new tech
- Lift 50 lbs regularly
- At least 18
