This Maintenance Ambassador will work at our sites in the Prince Georges County area with a gas allowance provided.

• 5+ years maintenance experience in individual HVAC repair and preventative maintenance of individual or central plant equipment, appliance, plumbing, and electrical systems and repairs, fire safety equipment and repairs.
• Experience in preparation of apartment turnovers and flooring installations; ability to assist and follow instructions in the performance of all maintenance repairs and duties independently, professionally, and in a timely manner.
• Initiative, motivation, and ability to continue training to develop skills and attain licenses and certifications.
• Good organizational and time management skills; good interpersonal skills for communications with residents and third-party contractors.
• CFC - Type 2 may be required.
• Active driver's license and reliable vehicle.
