Plumbing Apprentice – F.H. Furr Plumbing, Heating, Air Conditioning & Electrical
Join our fully paid apprenticeship program starting February 2, 2026. Over eight weeks you’ll receive classroom instruction at the Furr Academy in Manassas, VA and on‑job training across our service territory, working alongside experienced technicians to install, maintain, and repair residential plumbing systems.
What You’ll EarnFirst‑year pay ranges from $50,000 to $70,000 per year, with opportunities to grow as you complete training.

We’re looking for individuals with a mechanical inclination, dependability, and a passion for learning the plumbing trade. You’ll work independently, maintain a “can‑do” attitude, and collaborate effectively with a team of skilled technicians.
Qualifications- Mechanical aptitude and strong interest in plumbing systems.
- Positive, independent, and “can‑do” attitude.
- Customer‑focused with genuine passion for exceptional service.
- Sales enthusiasm and ability to engage customers.
- Adaptability to new plumbing technologies and fast‑paced environments.
- Strong communication skills for explaining repairs to customers.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Minimum age 21 and high school diploma or GED.
- Comprehensive on‑boarding and apprenticeship training.
