Residential Maintenance Tech – HVAC & Plumbing

A growing property management company in Rockville, MD is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform repairs, troubleshoot systems, and conduct preventative maintenance of all apartment equipment. The ideal candidate must have at least two years of maintenance experience, possess hand tools, and hold a valid Driver's License. Responsibilities include emergency maintenance calls, conducting inspections, and ensuring properties meet all housing program standards.

This is a full-time position paying $25.00 per hour.
